Miu Miu Gymnasium – Gashapon Activation

We were approached by Miu Miu to concept and produce a custom gashapon activation for their Gymnasium pop-up at Harrods, London. The aim was to create a playful yet premium engagement moment for walk-ins and potential clients, offering Miu Miu-branded gifts in personalized capsules dispensed via bespoke tokens. Our scope included the design and fabrication of a fully branded gashapon machine, custom coins, and collectible gifts—blending luxury aesthetics with nostalgic interactivity. Although the project remained unrealised, it reflects our ability to merge physical experience design with brand storytelling.
